PLB International Inc (PLB) values the relationship it has with the partners, customers and consumers with whom it does business, and is committed to protecting the personal information it holds about them.
Accordingly, PLB and its employees comply with this Privacy Policy, which is based on the privacy principles set out in Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (hereinafter the “Act”).

Access to personal information
PLB will respond to any written request for access to information within a reasonable period of time, usually approximately ten (10) business days, depending on the complexity of the request and the information, and will assist anyone who informs PLB that they require assistance in drafting such a request. PLB may require the individual to provide additional information to enable it to inform the individual of the existence, use and disclosure of personal information.
PLB will usually provide the requested information free of charge. However, PLB reserves the right to charge a fee, depending on the scope of the request and the measures required to collect the requested information. PLB will inform the individual of the approximate fee required to fulfill the request and will only collect the information once payment has been made. The information requested will be provided in a form that is generally understandable. Wherever possible, PLB will indicate the source of the information.
If an individual demonstrates that personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, PLB will amend the information as required. If a challenge is not resolved to the satisfaction of the individual, PLB will make a notation of the challenge. Where appropriate, PLB will inform third parties having access to the information in question of any changes and any unresolved challenges.
In certain circumstances, PLB may deny a request or restrict access to personal information it holds about an individual. Exceptions to access requirements will be limited and specific as permitted or required by law. PLB will inform the individual requesting access, where permitted by law, of the reasons for denying or limiting access. Such reasons may include the fact:
